Set the Sonic Mini to the Soft setting (60 PSI). Start at the back teeth and gently guide the nozzle along the gumline, pausing briefly between each tooth. The wide, soft stream cleans thoroughly without irritating the tissue — no pressure needed.

We recommend replacing the nozzle every 3 to 6 months — similar to a toothbrush. For nozzles with bristles (Clean+) or a rubber tip (Sensitive), we recommend replacing every 3 months, as the material wears out faster. Regular replacement ensures consistent cleaning performance and optimal hygiene.

Rinse the nozzle under running water after each use. For a more thorough clean, you can soak it once a week in warm water with a bit of vinegar or a mild cleaning solution. The nozzle is also compatible with our Sonic One™ ultrasonic cleaner.
