We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard shipping within Germany & EU.
  • International shipping to selected countries.

All orders are shipped with DHL from our logistics center in Germany.

2. Shipping Cost:

  • Germany: Free shipping  (> 30 EUR), otherwise 3.99 EUR

  • EU Countries (+Switzerland): Free shipping (> 30 EUR), otherwise 5.49 EUR

  • Monaco, United Kingdom: 3,99 EUR

  • USA, Canada, Norway: 15,49€

3. Delivery Times:
  • Germany: 1 to 2 business days.
  • EU countries: 2 to 5 business days.

5. Processing Times:

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

6. Tracking:

Currently, we do not offer tracking services for shipments.

7. Packaging:

Our packages are carefully packed to ensure your order arrives undamaged. If you have special packaging requirements, please contact our customer service team.

8. Shipping Issues:

  • If your package has not arrived within 14 days from the shipping date, please contact our support team at support@sonicsmile.shop.
  • In the case of lost packages, we will cover the costs and issue a full refund.
  • If your product is damaged during delivery, we will also refund the full purchase price.
