Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal for SonicSmile Products
If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days to the following logistics address:

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without providing any reason.
Withdrawal Period:
The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SonicSmile GmbH, St. Karli-Str. 13c, 6004 Luzern, Switzerland. Email: support@sonicsmile.shop) of your decision to withdraw from this contract via a clear statement (e.g., via email).
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the refund as used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed; no fees will be charged for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs first.
3. Returning the Goods
You must return or hand over the goods promptly, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

4. Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Sterilizing cleaning tablets are excluded from returns if the individual packaging of a tablet has been opened.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. In cases of deterioration of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the loss in value.
