Please only return the goods after you have informed us of your withdrawal. Further details are provided in the following sections.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without providing any reason. We voluntarily grant you a longer withdrawal period than the statutory period of fourteen days.
The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (for example, by email or letter) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
You may also submit your withdrawal electronically by using the "Withdraw Contract" button. After submitting your request, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal declaration.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
This excludes additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
For the reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
3. Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies to our Sterilising Tablets once the individual packaging of a tablet has been opened, as well as the SonicFresh Mouth Spray once the seal has been removed.
For all other products, in particular Sonic One and Sonic Mini, the right of withdrawal applies without restriction. You may unpack and inspect these devices in the same way as you would in a retail store.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
You may unpack and inspect the goods in the same way as would be possible in a retail store.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the condition, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
Where possible, please return the goods in their original packaging. This is not a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal but helps us process your return more efficiently.

The substantive law of the Swiss Confederation applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you have your habitual residence in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected by this choice of law.
